Classic Iyengar Yoga
A strong training in body, mind and
spirit; an orderly and progressive method, with postures adapted to meet
the physical conditions and needs of each student.
Regular practice develops strength and stamina, flexibility and grace,
symmetry and balance, concentration and mindfulness – overall excellent
health. Yoga cultivates the body, disciplines the mind and stabilizes the
emotions.
Yoga is noncompetitive and there is a practice for every body. Come
anytime -classes are on-going. Wear comfortable, fitted clothing
(shorts or leggings) and come on a relatively empty stomach. We
provide the props.
